- 4 cups of fresh purslane, picked (500g)

Wheat Purslane Recipe Preparation
Soak the wheat in water overnight before softening it, then boil it and cool. Separate the purslane leaves. Cut the pickled gherkins into cubes. Add purslane and pickles in a deep bowl.
How to Make Wheat Purslane Recipe
Roast the pine nuts in a pan until they turn color and cool. In the same pan, fry the boiled wheat in a little oil until it is crispy and cool. Add the crushed garlic, strained yogurt, salt and vixen to the bowl with purslane and mix. Add half of the roasted wheat and pine nuts and mix.
