  • 2 california peppers, (cut in half in the color you want)
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 black olives (diced with seeds)
  • 50 g feta cheese, or feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme

Feta Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe Directions and Service

Preheat your oven at 180°C. Add shallots, carrots, chopped Italian sausage in olive oil in a pan and sauté over high heat for 2 minutes. Put the ingredients in the pan in a container and cool. After it cools, add goat cheese, cow and cream cheese, then add the roasted filet almond, lightly sautéed panko crunch and half of the fresh sage and mix by adding spices

Put the peppers that you cut in half lengthwise into an oven dish you greased. Add this mixture into the peppers and cook for 18 minutes in the oven. Take the peppers out of the oven, add the grated cheddar cheese and panko crisp, open the oven grill and cook for 4 more minutes until the cheese melts and takes color.
