  • 4 fresh mini potatoes, boiled
  • 1 small fresh onion-chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas-thawed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup soya mayo (I use 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1/2 cup mayo)
  • 1 tab mustard
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
