- 20 fresh potatoes (40 potato peel)
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)

- 2 medium tomatoes

Bake until the potatoes are cooked at 200 °C for 60 minutes. Check the potato by dipping a knife, if the knife comes out comfortably and clean, it is cooked. Take out the potatoes and cool them to work. Divide them in half lengthwise and pour them with a spoon so that the crust and pulp parts are 0.5 cm. Fry the beef bacon in a pan and crunch it (or microwave for 2 minutes). then cut it into the size you want with the knife, if they are really crunchy, they will crumble even in your hand.
How to Make Crispy Potato Peels Recipe
Bring the oven to the grill, spread melted butter on each potato peel and season with salt and pepper. Bake the potato peels in the tray for 2 more minutes with the outer part facing the grill. Remove them, turn them over and dry them for another 2 minutes. Add cheddar grated into each and divide it, share the veal bacon. Bake in the oven for 1-2 minutes until the cheddar melts.
