Preparation of Chebureki Recipe
Start by kneading the dough for 8-10 minutes by adding flour, salt and water little by little in a large bowl. The dough should have the consistency of an earlobe. Since all-purpose flours absorb different amounts of water, it is important to add water gradually. You can add a little more or a little more water until the dough has consistency.
When the dough is no longer sticking to the hand at the end of the kneading process, cover it with a cloth and rest it on the edge for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the grout materials. Mix all the filling materials separately in one container.

Take meringues about the size of an egg (40-50g) from the dough you rested. Sprinkle the meringue with a little flour and roll it out to 23-25 cm length. Prepare all the meringues and lay a clean cloth on them to prevent them from drying out. Add approximately 3 finger oil to the pan according to the size of the pan to be fried and heat it well.
Add a spoon of the filling half of the dough you want to the dough you opened and close it. Cut the dough in a semicircle with a pizza cutter and shave off the excess pieces and cover the dough. If you wish, you can shape it by crushing it with a fork and cover the edges completely so that the dough does not roll out while it is browning.
