- 3 chilli pepper, (tiny cubes)
- 2 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce, (squid brand)
- 1/2 lime, liquid
- 1 tbsp ketchup
If your peppers are hot, remove 1 of them. Combine 2 chili pepper with seeds, 2 cloves of garlic, honey, rice vinegar, half lime juice, fish sauce and ketchup in a kitchen robot. Divide the remaining chili pepper into 2 pieces (remember to use gloves) and remove the seeds, cut them into strips first, then divide them into very thin cubes, add in the mixture and mix them well.
