- 1 1/2 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp nigella and raw sesame seeds, toasted lightly
- 1 tbsp water
- coriander leaves for garnish
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes ready to serve. You can prepare the sauce with a capped jar instead of the blender. Fill all materials in jar, do not over fill up, make a 5 cm space over top. After the materials are filled. Cover the cap tightly and shake it like crazy. Shaking is thicken the sauce.
You can serve with chicken green salad, grilled fish or sandwiches. Bring an Asian breeze to your dishes.
