- 2 tablespoon of butter (125 gr),
- 2/3 cup corn flour,
- 2 cups of hot water,
- 1 cups full of trabzon cheese (and more if you want)
- You can also use cheddar instead of trabzon cheese
We recommend you to use a copper pan and it is important that you use hot water, preheat the water and keep it ready to use. Melt the butter in a copper pan and add corn flour over it mix well for 2 minutes. When the smell of corn flour comes out, add hot water slowly and continue stirring constantly.
